• Today, we’re proud to announce some news about enhancements to the SelectMinds product line: the Referral Communities feature, now available on TalentVine. Our Referral Communities allow referral candidates to get into a company’s talent community, even if they’re not ready to apply for a job or send in a resume. The ultimate goal? To let companies keep tabs on job seekers, both active and passive, that already come with a stamp of approval.

    A bit more on the nuts and bolts: TalentVine Referral Communities work by first matching open jobs to the relevant social connections in an employee population. When matches are found, employees are prompted to share the open job with their relevant contacts.  Those contacts are then invited to join the company’s Referral Community where HR can stay in touch while building a pipeline of active and passive talent that has been vetted by existing employees.

    Feedback from beta users has been off-the-charts positive, with several already tapping their Referral Communities for candidates. Whether you’re a client or a job seeker, make sure to stop by and check it out.
