SelectMinds is seeking a full time Junior Web Developer. You will use your detail-oriented creativity, web development and design skills to get this job done. Note: This is not a programming position. The ideal candidate is 1-2 years out of undergrad and hungry to learn more alongside a group of passionate professionals.
Job Qualifications & Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of hand-coded HTML and strong CSS experience
- Strong understanding of cross-browser and platform coding requirements
- Basic Photoshop skills, enough to prepare or modify images for the Web
- Strong sense of layout and user experience design
- Communication & prioritization skills, as well as a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple client and internal projects
- High attention to detail, accountability and ability to test own work
- Basic working knowledge of JavaScript
Education and Experience
- BS in Computer Science or field related to Web Design, User Experience/Interaction Design
- 1 - 4 years of experience working with CSS and HTML templates
