SelectMinds is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales team. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales, marketing and data management teams to bring interested leads to sales-ready opportunities. He/she will be initial point of contact for prospects to qualify opportunities. The Specialist will provide information directly to clients as well as answer product and service related questions to further the prospect down the sales funnel. The specialist will create and deliver appropriate materials to prospects and will accurately record activities in company CRM. He/she will track lead performance to influence marketing programs and sales strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cooperating with Marketing and Sales to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
- Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Supporting the partner communication channel throughout the sales process.
- Attending sales and marketing group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
- Coordinating with client services team to ensure client result stats are being accurately communicated.
- Developing and accomplishing an effective lead follow up process.
- Reporting on lead performance according to various agreed upon criteria.
- Coordinating development and fulfillment of sales support materials.
- Communicating product features and benefits to leads.
- Creating and delivering qualified opportunities to Sales Reps
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in customer relationship management system – salesforce.com
- Attending industry conferences when appropriate to develop expertise and to build network.
